The Great Australian Diet was not ranked as the best and healthiest diet just by chance - it works. The point is though that it doesn’t need to be a one off detox week or a ‘crash diet’ - it should become a lifestyle. There are people who have been on my ACE plan for 2 and 3 years and lost 20, 30, 40, 50 even 60 kilograms! That’s a lot less flab around the waist and a big boost in energy levels. And of course they all look better because they can wear clothes that show off their new way of life - not flowing robes which hide all the bumpy bits!
If you want to kick start your new lifestyle I suggest following this plan for your first week and then move to the 91 day plan. Before you know it - your habits are changing. Before you reach for something - you’ll think "why am I doing this?" "Is it part of the Rule of 15?" "Is this low H.I. or have humans interfered with this a lot?" (I am not sure nature indeed this apple to be refined, crumbed and fried to death).
To lose weight and keep it off, the first thing you need to do is realise that the most important weight loss organ in the body is your brain - attitude is the most important word in the English language. You need to really want to change, because I can assure you that with proper food and activity, you and your body you will feel better, look better, work better and love better.
You need to be committed, you need to stick with me for the 91 days. I can assure you if you go the 91 days, there’s no reason to go back.
