I apologise to Grant Hackett, a fine person, a very fit athlete and a world champion. I was shown a photo of Grant Hackett. by ‘A Current Affair’ and did an interview for several minutes. In the picture, Grant looked fat and what came across on the TV was a portion of what I said. How silly was I to make that comment after just looking at a picture!

Grant, I apologise and personally wish you all the very best for the Olympics

With the rising costs of food and fuel, many people are saying that they can’t afford to buy vegetables and fruit for their children. But on the other hand, Joanne and Kate have just told me that their weekly food bill has not gone up – in fact it has gone down by between $50 and $100 per week and they eat heaps of vegetables and fruits!
