A research company has come up with the number of hours that smokers waste ducking out for a quick (or slow) drag on the gaspers – an average of 408 hours per person, per year.  Wow – that’s 17 days!

What a huge waste of time and money…..

We spend about $10 billion a year on tobacco products and about the same amount buying vegetables.

The smokes kill us, the vegetables keep us alive.
