The Snapshot on Your Health test gives an ‘instant’ baseline view of your performance against three major lifestyle dimensions: Activity, Coping and Eating.

The tailored Passport2Life programs offer practical solutions to get the balance back in your life.

The test is a combination of:

• Medical indicators
• Computer Age (How Old R U Really?)
• Physical Performance Levels
• Emotional, stress and general life coping skills

How does it work?

The Test combines a whole series of medical and health factors which then gives you your How Old Are You Really (HORUR) Computer Age.

After the Snapshot Test is completed, you recieve a Passport2Life, which has includes your results and a program to get started. Later, you will be able to track your progress online through the Snapshot Diary and depending on your package we will touch base to make sure you are on track to reduce your Computer Age before your next Snapshot Test.

Cost varies depending on the group’s objectives and size. We have different types of Snapshots from Executive to Grab and Go - because we know in any organisation one size does not fit all. Our team will give you a Passport2Life program to kick start you on the way to becoming 10YY. The only thing our team won’t do is provide you with excuses for not getting started. We’ve heard it all.
